Portfolio Administrator
Are you the type who keeps projects ticking and processes moving efficiently? We're looking for a proactive, detail-loving Portfolio Administrator to join our team and support the delivery of vital infrastructure projects across the business.
This is a 10-month fixed-term role where you'll play a key part in ensuring our contracts, payments, reporting and procurement processes run like clockwork. You'll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to streamline processes and support continuous improvement. The role
- Manage payments, claims, and contract admin to keep projects compliant, accurate, and on schedule
- Maintain records, support audits, and ensure smooth and timely project close-outs
- Coordinate materials and procurement to ensure the right resources are available when needed
- Build strong communication channels with internal teams and external partners to support delivery
- Identify process improvements and provide admin support across key teams when required
About you
- Previous experience in a contract management, procurement or financial/commercial support role
- A strong communicator who can clearly convey ideas to different audiences
- Be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and deliver practical, outcome-focused solutions
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work
- Collaborative team player with a positive, adaptable and pro-active attitude
