Customer Service Representative - part time
Are you someone who loves helping people, stays cool under pressure, and enjoys variety in your day (or night)? Whether you're guiding someone through a power outage, responding to an urgent request, or providing calm, clear answers to everyday questions, you'll be at the heart of our frontline support. We are looking for a customer-focused part-time Customer Service Representative to be a part of a rotating roster covering weekdays, weekends and overnight shifts.
We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service, so this is all about you! As long as you up for learning, we will provide you with extensive training, so you are well equipped and set up to handle incoming requests from customers.
You'll work in a dynamic environment where no two shifts are the same - whether you're chatting with customers on the phone, responding to digital enquiries, or liaising with network controllers and field crews to help resolve faults.
