Revenue Operations Lead

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Revenue Operations Lead to bring structure, insight, and operational excellence to our revenue function. This is a critical role at the centre of how we deliver accurate, reliable and compliant revenue outcomes from billing and reporting through to retailer engagement and system performance.
Working closely with the Revenue Manager, you'll provide operational leadership across the team, helping ensure day-to-day activities run smoothly while improving how we work over time. You'll connect people, systems, and processes — strengthening delivery today while building more efficient, repeatable ways of working for the future. The role
- Own and optimise end-to-end revenue operations
- Drive accuracy, controls and governance across the full revenue lifecycle ensuring integrity and compliance
- Coordinate delivery of reporting and forecasting, adding context and commentary to support understanding and decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements to lift efficiency, scalability and overall operational performance
- Build strong trusted retailer relationships resolving issues quickly and ensuring smooth, consistent operations
- Partner across the business to improve systems, automation and data flow enabling smarter ways of working
About you
- Proven experience in revenue, billing, finance or a similar operational environment with a relevant tertiary degree in Commerce, Mathematics or Economics
- Strong understanding of operational processes, reporting and data management
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills where you can spot issues early and solve them effectively
- Confident communicator who builds strong relationships across teams and with external partners
- Highly organised, with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders
- A continuous improvement mindset — always looking for better, smarter ways to work
