Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of meaningful change partnering across the business to translate ambiguity into clarity, connect people and systems and ensure the right things get delivered, the right way.

The role
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across multiple initiatives
- Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders, uncover insights, and drive progress
- Translate complex problems into clear, actionable outputs (user stories, process models, requirements)
- Analyse current processes and design effective future-state ways of working
- Identify impacts across systems, teams, and data to ensure a complete and considered approach
- Support prioritisation, decision-making, and delivery through structured, high-quality analysis
- Define success measures and support the realisation of expected benefits
About you
- Depth of previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex, enterprise environments
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, building strong credible relationships
- Proven ability to cut through ambiguity and bring structure, clarity and direction
- Strong experience across requirements elicitation, process mapping, and supporting end-to-end delivery
- A pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset knowing when to go deep and when to keep momentum
- Experience working across Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments, adapting to different ways of working
